Reliant NDT manufactures a variety of systems designed to inspect the weld area of tubular goods. Whether inspecting for weld defects immediately behind the welder or performing a final weld seam inspection on cut-to-length pipe, Reliant NDT has a solution.

Reliant NDT has developed an automated infrared tracking system for use in testing systems placed immediately behind the welder that ensures the weld area is being tracked and inspected by the unit with minimal operator input.

Cut-to-length systems can be designed to inspect pipe as it conveyed or while the pipe is stationary using an overhead gantry to move the inspection head down the length of the pipe.
