Since 1988, RELIANT has been actively involved in providing nondestructive testing services for tubular goods, plate, tanks, aerospace and various other products. We have portable equipment which is completely self-contained, along with qualified operators, in order to provide the following services:
RELIANT is presently performing these services in the United States, offered at any location and completely self-contained. Our services have been well received in the industry. RELIANT is also actively involved in the manufacture of nondestructive testing equipment for the manufacturing industry. We have put together a team of highly qualified individuals who have the experience and expertise to provide technology in a complete package. If, for example, a customer is interested in an inspection system, RELIANT can design, build, and install the testing equipment, establish and document standard operating procedures in order to satisfy any necessary specification; and then provide qualified personnel to train people to satisfactorily operate and maintain the inspection system. RELIANT also furnishes spare parts and any technical support required after the system is turned over to the customer. Recently, RELIANT has become the leading manufacturer of ultrasonic inspection systems for pipe in the United States. Our equipment is state-of-the-art and has been well received. The systems are designed to be simple to operate and maintain while providing a high level of performance. Our equipment is also very competitively priced. Pricing is based upon the performance requirements of each respective system. RELIANT is involved in Nondestructive Testing and Inspection Personnel Training and Qualification. This can be obtained in Levels I, II, and III, in most methods. RELIANT also provides Quality Consulting Services. Services include monitoring product surveillance, auditing, product quality evaluation, product disposition analysis, research and development, etc. These services are available to manufacturers as well as product users. As President of RELIANT NDT, INC., I have 28 years experience in the quality field and inspection/testing of manufactured products. Twelve of those years were working in a pipe manufacturing plant as Superintendent of Inspection. I am an engineering graduate of Texas A&M University and maintain a Level III Certification, by exam, from the American Society for Nondestructive Testing. Our employees are highly qualified, experienced personnel with manufacturing and nondestructive testing backgrounds. These people are certified by our company and are selected on the basis of their technical ability, as well as their conscientiousness and capability to work well with others.
